Weight and Health Management Program
Our program is highly a successful weight and health management system that has allowed thousands of men and women in Australia, New Zealand and the USA over many years regain their health through professional weight management. It is a balanced protein and carbohydrate program which is centred on eating the correct foods, in the correct portion sizes.
Our program will assist your body to burn unwanted body fat, our average weight loss over a five week period is between 7 kilograms – 9 kilograms. During this time, you will attend individual consultations with your Practitioner to ensure that your body is maintaining fat burning and your health is maintained. This is a holistic approach to your weight loss to achieve the best results for you. Our program is also educational. It empowers you to make better food choices therefore it is far more successful over the long-term. The underlying principles of our programe clearly define the issues in our modern day diet.
Our program is not a high protein diet; in fact, the amount of protein consumed is based on the recommendation of the World Health Organisation (WHO). Many people have experienced dramatic health benefits as a direct result of the rebalancing of their daily intake of protein and complex carbohydrates.
Diseases such as Type 1 and Type II diabetes, Irritable Bowel Syndrome, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and insulin resistance have been greatly improved by those participating in the our weight loss program.
